Returns & Refunds
At Maple Playhouse, we stand behind every product we sell. If you're not completely happy with your order, we want to make it right.
Our Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return
Returning an order is simple:
Step 1 — Contact us Reach out via our [Contact page] or email us at info@mapleplayhouse.ca. Let us know your order number and the reason for your return so we can help you as quickly as possible.
Step 2 — Ship your item back Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address. Please send your item with a tracked shipping service — as the sender, you are responsible for the package until it reaches us safely.
Step 3 — Receive your refund Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend comparing rates between Canada Post and other carriers before sending.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did your order arrive damaged or was the wrong item sent? Please don't return it before contacting us first. Reach out via our [Contact page] or at info@mapleplayhouse.ca with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll find the best solution for you — whether that's a replacement or a full refund.
Important Notes
- Items returned after the 30-day window may not be eligible for a full refund
- Maple Playhouse cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit without proof of tracked shipping
- For safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
